District every 9-10 weeks as part of a call-out system.

Responsible for entire concentration operations with 4 supervisors and 38
employees, producing 1 million board feet a month with annual sales over
$12 million. Lead sales out of Montezuma facility and the procurement of
outside lumber. Coordinate all sales demands with the on-site sawmill.
Determine the sell off of green to outside customers of current cut stock.
Duties also include all P&L responsibilities, safety manager, environmental
compliance and production management.
Maintained warehouse with over $3.5 million dollars of goods in process and
finished product, overseeing both shipping and receiving.

Business Unit Manager, Chandler, IN (April 2004 to March 2007)
Responsible for entire concentration and sawmill operations (2 plants, 1
location), production 600,000 board feet across sawmill and 1 million board
feet through the concentration yard, with annual sales over $16 million.
Lumber from our concentration yard is then sent both domestically and
export, both sent according to customer specifics. Chandler facility
employs approximately 65 employees between sawmill and concentration yard.
Duties include all P&L responsibilities, safety manager, environmental
compliance and production management.
. Significantly increased both production and quality while maintaining
fewer hours and decreasing safety incidents.
. Increased profitability while maintaining lower operating expenses.
. Worked closely with both sales and procurement to insure quality products
were entering the facility and being processed and forwarded to our
customers. Customer relations duties included visiting other facilities
and entertaining them at our facility. Attended weekly sales and
purchasing meetings.

with annual sales of over $12 million. Primary responsibilities included
inventory control, personnel, production and kiln drying facility.
. Managed transformation of facility from a dimension mill selling direct
to parent company to a facility that produces a hardwood product both
domestic and export, working with both sales and procurement.

close to $9 million. Primary responsibilities include kiln operations,

equipment includes 6 dry kilns and a planer.
. Managed upstart company for North Pacific in their attempt to move into
Appalachian region. Worked with procurement and sales to increase yard
profitability and introduce Missouri operations to regional differences
in both product and sales.
