--Responsible for supervising 30 plus people in a batch and single piece
flow arena, ensured training requirements are met, ensure safety,
established work schedules and priorities, utilized a ERP computer system,
provided motivation to employees, guidance, and disciplinary actions.

Aug 2000 to July 2005: BioLab Inc;
Maintenance Supervisor for a chemical plant
--Responsible for 10 mechanics and 3 electricians in a 24/7 work schedule
in a chemical plant. Responsible for planning and scheduling, setting
work order priorities, ordering parts and maintaining inventory, evaluating
employees and discipline, identifying and ensure training was accomplished,
monitor outside contractors and coordinate work with engineers and other
departments to meet the company's goals and requirements.
--Accomplishments:
---Implemented an "in process maintenance inspection program" on work being
performed that improved the quality of work.
---Created and conducted a weekly "Tailgate" meeting with all the
department employees to discuss projected work, safety, and work inspection
