Chief Information Officer (1998-2000): Provided executive-level leadership
for entire technical function, including e-services marketing strategy, e-
commerce, application development, Internet/intranet, and technology
projects. Member of the executive committee that regularly reviewed
business metrics and strategic initiatives for alignment with short- and
long-term objectives. Simultaneously assisted sales team in presenting e-
