• Project Manager - completed PeopleSoft HR installation leading HR & IT staff to a successful implementation.

• Significantly reduced time and effort for HR and managers by designing and implementing a sub system to

gather annual salary increase and bonus data from managers across the company. This was a custom PeopleSoft

module utilizing enhanced web features of version 7 that allowed managers to access PeopleSoft over the

company intranet for the first time.

• Worked directly with Chief Operating Officer to define and deliver both regularly scheduled and ad hoc HR

reports from PeopleSoft.
