In excess of 15 years experience working for one of the “big four” consultancy firm where I was responsible for
managing various IT services including budgets, staff, talent management, IT standards, policies, marketing and
operational risks. I personally negotiated IT outsource/offshore contracts using stringent procurement methodology,
sourced IT suppliers. Project managed major IT initiatives across enterprise where I used Prince II project
management methodology. Security and Risk management is also another key responsibility of my role. I have
completed various IT audits, participated in firm’s ISO27001 certification program and introduced security policies and
standards to lower firm’s overall security risks. .In my current role, I am also expected to provide leadership and
technical expertise across different technology spectrum to meet business IT needs. Excellent communications

Title: Senior Manager – IT Governance and Risk
The IT Governance function within PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP plays a key role in making sure that Information
Technology plays a pivotal role in day-to-day delivery of key business deliverables. Working closely with executive
management team my role is to provide stewardship of IT resources on behalf of stakeholders who expect a return
from their investment. I am also expected to focus on delivering value through careful management of IT resources
and capabilities backed up by regular performance measurement. My main duties include day-to-day management of
key IT services and suppliers, including outsource and offshore providers, develop KPI metrics and manage budget
for services offered. Other duties include management of IT projects, write business cases, RFP/RFI documents
assisting procurement process prior to services can be delivered. Another key part of the role is to manage IT audits,
IT risks, oversee major IT incidents using IT best practices methodology. Maintains working relationship with
colleagues from other member firms in order to further develop strategy, cooperation and promote inter-territory IT

As Service Owner for the UK Data Services my responsibilities included day-to-day delivery of telecoms (voice, data
and cabling) services to UK/EMEA offices including the Internet/web services, secure hosting, VPNs, and security
services. Using industry best practices and tools, my team managed IT infrastructures including security appliances
eg: Firewalls, IPS/IDS and patching to meet the firm’s security objectives. I also participated in the review of firewall
configurations, WAN designs, system logs, router configurations and IDS (NIDS/HIDS) implementations. Commercial
aspect of the role involved sourcing suppliers, hiring staff, negotiating contracts, reviewing of service metrics, and
SLA/OLA figures. I was responsible for managing £9m+ annual budget and 30+ staff. As part of an IT outsource
initiative various IT services provided was handed over to Fujitsu services to operate in 2005.

Title: EMEA / Global IT Project Manager
This role was external facing as part of the Management Consultancy Services practice which involved delivery of
bespoke IT solutions including consulting services. My role as technical specialist responsible for delivery of IT
solutions included testing and integration services, application integration including middleware, C+, SAP, databases
etc. Application integration involved deployment of various Tax, Human Resource and Performance management
applications using PMP project management methodology and Waterfall SDLC best practices. This role was
technically challenging and often required cross-territory team work to solve complex business IT needs for external
clients.

As a solutions consultant, I was responsible for managing mid-range systems based on SunOS, provide telephone
and site-based technical support, deal with pre-sales technical queries and provide technical back-up for application
support team eg: such as Ingres/Informix database support and C program to customise solutions for various large
clienteles. This role was customer facing meaning mostly working from various client sites to resolve faults, suggest
improvements and where appropriate, upgrade to newer version of software. Clients included most large banks,
