o Diagnose network faults and assign to appropriate groups for
rectification.
o Alarm monitoring, Reporting and escalation for ZTE SDH/DWDM
Equipment.
o Alarm monitoring, Reporting and escalation for Alcatel, Huawei,
Ericsson and DGCOM Microwave.
o Monthly intimation of Fiber Loss Report of Nation Wide Nodes on
SDH/DWDM.
o HUAWEI IP CORE Alarm Monitoring.
o Expertise in making reports of NMC in MS-EXCEL.
. OMC-Signaling
o Alarm monitoring and Escalation.
o Site definition at MSC end.
o Trouble ticket analysis and resolution.
