. I led the Combined Pricing project team, which integrated all pricing
systems for TransMontaigne, allowing it to take the lead in the highly
competitive fuel storage and transportation industry.
. I managed the project teams for the Better-of and Blended Pricing
projects. Our teams developed new pricing systems that allowed
TransMontaigne to compete with much larger competitors.
. I designed and developed the Download system, which integrated legacy ERP
systems with new vendor uploads and downloads. I worked with the network
administrators for TransMontaigne and their vendors to standardize server
communications of pricing data.
. I used Microsoft Office, Visio, and various wiki tools to create all user
process and developer documentation for the Combined Pricing subsystem
and the Download system.
