Currently consulting with multiple businesses in order to maximize sales,

gross profit and marketing efforts - Marketing functions included are:

direct sales, website design, trade show organization and implementation

and operations. These businesses include restaurant operations, pet

manufactured products and outdoor implement suppliers.

Hawthorn's Dining & Celebrations, February 2008 to July 2009

Created restaurant concept, brand identity and operation from the ground

up. Strategized business plans based on over 20 years of restaurant

experience. Recruited and hired high level management team as well as all

support staff. Developed banquet and catering division exceeding business

model by 50% in first year of business. Employed and managed 40 full

and part-time employees.

Kicks Nightclub & JT Whitney's Pub & Brewery, March 1993 to December 2008

Launched Nightclub Operation and transitioned into Restaurant/Brewery

Operation. Created and managed brewing operation facility, product

development, packaging and distribution including direct sales throughout

Dane County. Developed quarterly marketing plans for restaurant and

brewery. Created catering sales division which increased annual sales by

over 15%. Consulted for other restaurant and brewing operations. Employed

and managed 65 full and part-time employees.

Fisher Brothers - Owners of Restaurants and Nightclubs

in Milwaukee, Madison & Chicago, 1984 to 1993

Managed $1.3 million operation in Madison, Mendota Beach Club, while also

serving as Opening Manager for 5 additional locations which opened over a 4

year period.

OTHER EXPERIENCE

Hog Wild - Nationally Sanctioned Kansas City BBQ Society Event

Created and launched nationally sanctioned BBQ competition, the first of

its kind in Wisconsin. Hosted event for two years, drawing over 50,000

guests and more than 70 BBQ competitors from around the nation.

Responsibilities included sales of major sponsorships, recruiting

competitors, regional marketing and all event logistics.

Original Founder of The Wisconsin Brewer's Guild

Identified the need for strengthening marketing and legislative efforts of

craft breweries. Organized the Guild by uniting small breweries

throughout Wisconsin, ultimately recruiting 42 members. Worked with state

legislators to influence laws allowing for sales growth within each

brewery. Developed and maintained Wisconsin Brewer's Guild website.
