Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) transactions. Acquired bonds
in over 80 CMBS issuances totaling $114 billion and involving 14,759
properties, initially for the company's balance sheet and later for
investors in its three high yield CMBS funds.
Accomplishments:
. Underwrote the purchases of CMBS issuances resulting in the deployment
of approximately $1.5 billion in committed investor equity
. Evaluated 991 assets totaling more than $9.4 billion backed by 1,206

. Enabled the company as part of its acquisition team to become the
