• Process AAA/ Hertz Express Claims appointments
• Conduct calls to the customers confirming Express Claims appointment,
discussing rental details, and providing information to the customer of how and
what to expect with the Express Claims process.
• Maintain reports that provide Express Claim Rental day savings, day savings per
rental, and average rental day to both Hertz and AAA.
• Verbally communicate in addition to email in regards to completion date. With
this information using HIRMS rental coverage is extended out accordingly
• Develop strong relationships with Adjusters, Team Leaders, and Branch Claims
Managers.
• Conduct conference calls with claim center personnel to network body shops.
• Provide insight to the local and national sales teams involving strategic initiatives
that could further drive revenue and increase market share.
• Responsible for assisting the AAA employees with any rental concerns which
include assistance on extensions and receivable questions.
• Communication with local HLE branches
• Work daily out of HIRMS
• Once the extensions that need to be worked for that specific day are obtained,
contact the body shops (The Body Shop unit in OKC currently obtains repair
status updates.
• Green Dot the rental in HIRMS. Contact Onsite Support if needed for a review or
contact the body shop advising them that the call is on behalf of the insurance
company to get a repair status update.
• When a customer is very close to reaching the policy max, the customer is
advised and claim notes are added to AAA claim.
• When I receive a final day from the Adjuster, I call and reconfirm with the
customer, and leave a note in the AAA claim.
• When enough authorization is obtained that will close the contract, I call the
branch and put a note in the contract to close.
