Commercial Insurance Specialist for Northern Utah area. Account

representative of Workers Compensation, Liability and Property insurance to

target markets. Duties include initial loss control, pre-qualification,

business information gathering and sales to new account prospects.

2008 to 2009 BancInsure, Salt Lake City, Utah

BancInsure is the leading insurance writer of community banks in the

nation. Territory Sales Manager of the states of Arizona, Colorado,

Nevada, Utah, and Idaho. Product offerings include workers compensation,

financial institution bond, Directors and Officers liability, fire, general

liability, excess deposit bond, and collateral protection. Duties include

training and recruiting agents to represent BancInsure, and to be their

sales mentor to write insurance business.

2005 to 2008 Associated Food Stores, Inc., Salt Lake City, Utah

Risk Management for $1.6 Billion grocery wholesale and retail corporation

with a geographic territory of 8 intermountain states. Negotiated property

and casualty insurance policies with a premium value of $3 Million.

Managed a high deductible retention program with workers compensation,

property, general liability, auto liability, auto physical damage,

fiduciary liability, and employment practice liability. Claims management,

including reporting of losses, denial of small liability claims, management

of litigation with defense counsel, and claim settlement decisions in

mediation. Duties also include loss control of warehouse operations,
