o Serves as Point of Contact for new and incoming spouses married to
active duty Air Force whom are being transferred to either Davis
Monthan AFB or Holloman AFB.

and/or children, in addition to medical and dental needs along with
utility companies for both on and off base housing.

and phone numbers of major units at Holloman AFB or Davis Monthan AFB

o Ensures that spouses and families are able to integrate themselves
with both the new civilian and military communities.

o Effectively supervises all Aerospace Medicine administrative support
staff to ensure the highest level of accuracy and completeness.
o Executive secretary for the Flight Commander; coordinate meeting,
clinic, flight and TDY schedules while providing oversight on all
