. For KPMG, LLP, assist the audit team during the audit of the financial

statements.

. Prepare the audit work papers, which include: analytical procedures, test

of controls, significant transactions, and document findings.

. Preparing several reconciliations between the bank and general ledger

using IBM AS/400 and Showcase. Also; journal entries, deposit and

withdrawal reconciliaitons, maintain and prepare permanent and annual

files.

During my tenure at Deloitte & Touche, LLP participated in outsourcing,

consulting and audit with the following clients:

. Oneok, Inc.: processed oil & gas revenue and distributed revenue to

interest owners.

. GNMA, Ginnie Mae Mortgage Assoc.: audited GNMA loans using AS/2

software, which had automated work papers. GNMA audits were

compliance audits, which assessed the risk to the security holders of

GNMA. Auditors were required to travel 100%.

. BP/Amoco: reconciled accounts receivable and cash applications using

SAP, ISP systems, and Microsoft Excel. Our team consulted with the

CSRs, to provide better time management aids.
