The contracted work was performed on my home computer for the company, which was, at that time, entitled “Call Management”
who's corporate office was based in the Knoxville area. I was given daily assignments from which I transcribed large amounts of
data and transmitted through FTP to the home office. It was very important that the data entered into the database was both
accurate and precise. I was expected to work, in an unsupervised environment (in my fully operational home office) and, as a
result, became more skilled at typing more rapidly and accurately.
