. Currently responsible for all Human Resources/Labor Relations matters

at a unionized manufacturing plant in Columbus, Indiana. As of April

1, 2010, plant considerably downsized via single plant sale and

transfer of product manufacturing prior to sale. Additional

responsibilities include management of safety/environmental

departments and information technology department.

. Responsible for all Human Resources/Labor Relations matters at a

unionized motor manufacturing plant in Madison, Indiana. Shutdown of

Madison plant took place in December, 2007. Transferred to Dodge

mechanical plant (power transmission) in Columbus, Indiana in August,

2007.

. Responsible for all HR & Labor Relations issues at both plants during

shutdown of Madison plant.

. Reduced occupational classifications from 40+ to below 25 (in less

than 6 months in a unionized environment) while increasing workforce

training to increase flexibility in moving employees from department

to department to greatly improve productivity. No combination of OCs

resulted in a higher pay grade.

. Staff leader in planning, organizing and implementing corrective

action plan to have major violation issued by UL abated in order to

maintain ISO 9000 certification.

. Spokesman for leadership team responsible for negotiating and securing

Effects Bargaining Agreement with IAMAW Local 1109 regarding Madison

plant shutdown.
