- Overseeing Buy-outs and subcontractor selection process.

- Preparing submittals, including but not limited to: Quality Control Plans, Safety Plans, Construction Schedules,

Submittal Registers, Technical Submittals for Divisions 1 to 16,

- Client and Subcontractor Invoicing.

- RFIs and Change Management.

- Attending progress meetings and document issues and progress.

- Discuss potential problems with Client, Consultants, General Superintendent, Superintendents and

Subcontractors on a day to day basis and resolve them.

- Arrange resources for the On-site Superintendent to ensure that the projects are completed within budget and

on time.

- Prepare and submit closeout submittals including Asbuilts, Manuals, reports, etc.
