Human Resources:
Administered employee eligibility and enrollments for medical/dental benefits. Maintained high
level of employee satisfaction by responding to benefits questions in a timely manner.
Processed background checks for new-hire (non-flight crew) employees as well as new-hire flight
crew employees to comply with the Pilot Records Improvement Act of 1996 (PRIA).
