Experience

Senior Branch Manager Chevy Chase Bank May 2005 August 2009

As the senior branch manager, I ensured the administration and operation of a full service branch office. I managed

branch day to day operations, reports, branch sales goals, investments, lending and mortgage product sales. I ensure

quality customer interactions, services, branch security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. Provides

superior level of customer relationships while promoting the sales and service culture through coaching sessions,

guidance and staff motivation; achieved individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and

retention of account relationships. Aid to facilitate new deposits and businesses development. Provided leadership,

training and supervision; maintained excellent employees’ retention within the network, delegated day to day operations to

maximized efficiencies and productivities. Responsible for attaining established branch goals through active participation

in sales management, officer call programs for the branch and new business prospecting development. An active member

of the district community affair outreach that promote the bank as a leader in the community. I served as the Super

Captain for the Silver Spring, Maryland region in small business banking, credit cards and home equity / mortgage

campaigns during tenure.

Successful managed Wheaton, Four Corner and White Oak branch achieving its goals in Financial Services revenue net

sales average of 120%, small business accounts acquisition of 125%, 105% in retail checking and over 200% in combined

lending category; Home equity lines, loans and mortgages products.

In addition, I managed Wheaton branch to achieved # 1 galaxy ranking in the district and # 9 galaxy ranking for the entire

Chevy Chase Banking retail division. Four Corners branch equally achieved a #4 galaxy ranking score during tenure.

As manager, my overall branches managed passed combined 7 branch Quality Control Audits, QC and 2 separate

Corporate Audits from 2005 – 2009.

Assistant Branch Manager Chevy Chase Bank September 2000 May 2005

Appropriately recognized life events to expand relationships by informing customers of new products and additional

services that may be of interest and that would best meet their needs. Processed all new account transactions; assisted

customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services; cross sold the bank's products and services;

opening, maintaining and closing of all account types; performing branch clerical duties; promoting business for the bank

by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate department for new services.

In addition, I managed Four Corner branch for 5 months in absence of a branch manager. Managed and served as the

Safety Security Coordinator and sustained a positive branch compliance audit for eight quarters in 2004 to 2005 fiscal

year. I was ranged # 2 assistant branch manager semi annual area awards for FY 2004.
