I have been involved in many aspects of business operations management,

supervision and administration for a family-owned company since 1977. For

twenty years I was solely responsible for the organization and coordination

of maintaining business operations procedures on a daily basis. Areas of

concentration included policy development and implementation, personnel

training and supervision, sales management and development and client

service and relations.

In 1996 I made a personal decision to pursue a career interest outside the

family business. This decision led me to ice rink management, first in

Syracuse, New York and then to Chicago, IL. Later, I was afforded the

opportunity to manage a large residential real estate office, overseeing

the activities of 35 agents. I left that job to move to Arizona in

December 2001.

average of 135 calls/daily; placing calls to encourage

contract renewals; collecting an average of $3000/day in


5/2010-9/2010 Thousand Islands Bridge Authority.

Job Title: Toll Bridge Operator

Duties included being a toll collector, collecting the

necessary fee from motorists to cross bridge to Canada. I

handled a very high volume of traffic, working through two

major holiday weekends. I worked extensive hours,

averaging 55-65 hours per week. I left this job to return

to Arizona, where I plan to stay.

3/2010-5/2010 Thousand Islands Winery. Duties included demonstrating

wine tasting, offering in depth explanation to patrons. I

was expected to be knowledgeable of wine producing and

flavors, making the wine tasting a pleasant experience.

Responsible for re-stocking merchandise and cashing out. I

left this job because I was offered more money at the TIBA.

2005- 2009 Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church

Sun City West, AZ.

Duties include recording of membership attendance,

servicing all committees and

councils with minutes, mailings, accounting. High volume

of phone calls and attention to congregational personnel.

Work closely with colleagues to effectively produce needed

material in timely fashion. Work closely with Trustees who

oversee the physical plant of this 400,000 sq. ft. campus.

Maintain records of transferred membership, deaths,

columbarium sales and outside user groups (other than

church groups) and billing of such.

2004-2005 Employed by Palm West Community Church in Sun City

West, AZ as a receptionist. This was a part time job,

with duties including placing weekly news releases, calling

on absentee congregation members, updating data involving

the ever changing membership, ordering supplies, placement

of weekly newspaper advertisement. I left this job to

care for my terminally ill husband.

2000 -2001 Koening & Strey/GMAC Real Estate Co. in Glen Elyn, IL as the

primary administrative assistant. This office maintained

35 active realtors, for which their transactions were my

responsibility, personally servicing each transaction from

sale to closing. I was also responsible for training new

agents in the operations of the office, maintaining

supplies and keeping commission records. I had two

assistants who reported to me. I left his job to move to


1998- 2000 Johnny's IceHouse Ice Rink- Chicago, IL

Job Title: Executive Director - responsible for hiring and

training staff, developing programs, invoicing user groups,

scheduling ice times, payroll, profit and loss statements.

I was also involved with the marketing and promotion of the

rink facility.

1977 -1997 Kirnan Management Co-owned commercial real estate business

specializing in rehabilitation and management of office

buildings. I represented a New York investor, negotiating

real estate transactions, contractor bids and lease

negotiations etc.
