2010
As a certified barista, my number one duty was customer service. I had to make sure that all
customers had a wonderful experience. I was also responsible for making every order to
customer specification, while maintaining company standards. I was responsible for keeping the
store clean and organized.
Farmers Rice Corporation - West Sacramento, CA – Formen May 2008 to
September 2008
At the rice-mill, everyday I had a different assignment. Sometimes I worked in the mill itself
and cleaned up spilled rice or fixed machines. Other times I worked in the packaging room,
packaging rice. I even worked with the sanitizing crew, which involved cleaning the entire
facility.

I was a Cashier first before anything. My number one responsibility was customer service. I
was responsible for keeping the front of the store stocked and spotless. In the evening I was
responsible for stocking the refrigerators and all bread items. At the end of every shift I had to
count and record all the money left and spent in my cash drawer.
McDonalds - Rio Linda - Crew Trainer June 2006 to June 2007
This was my first job. I started out as part of the crew and then after six months got promoted to
Crew Trainer. My duties involved training all new crew and also train my self to be a manager.
At anytime during my shift I had to be able to take over for the manager. I also was responsible
for making sure all required cleaning was done every shift. When I started I would fill out a
store evaluation, and I was given a list of things that had to be done by the end of the day.
