Professional Experience
MAY, 2003 TO PRESENT
Jones Lang LaSalle
Los Angeles, CA
Associate Director
I performed multiple roles for Jones Lang LaSalle. As a team leader and
mentor to a group of project managers we renovated 200 bank retail
branches. I was the fee developer for five "de novo" credit unions in
Northern Nevada providing due diligence studies, entitlement management,
design and construction management. As a project manager I coordinated
multiple tenant interior build-outs for law firms, software development
companies, industrial warehouses and a retail shopping center. As a
development advisor to our clients (U.S. Army and Air Force) I provided
development review analysis of the privatized housing for the military
families at over 20 installations. For all of my different roles the
primary goal was to add value and to provide superior client service. By
providing realistic pre-construction estimates, critical path schedules,
value engineering, Web accessible reporting tools (budgets, schedule,
meeting notes) and my full attention on the projects our clients received
the best in class project service delivery available.
