Policy and Procedures: Authored and Co-authored the policy and procedure manual.
360 Performance Management Systems: To manage both technical and interpersonal
performance, build strong team relationships, communicate expectations to employees and
develop individual performance, a program utilizing 360 Performance Management Techniques
was successfully designed and implemented. Productivity increases of 25% to 57% were
achieved.
Recruiting: Maximized the applicant flow through various internal and external recruiting sources.
Created metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruiting process. Insured all legal requirements were
met throughout the process.
Compensation and Benefit Programs: Developed and administered Exempt (Hay System and
Radford Systems) and Non-exempt compensation, incentive plans and benefits programs.
Developed and installed a flexible benefit program.
Process Improvement Initiative: Accepted Project responsibility for facilitating and leading 66
Continuous Improvement initiatives delivering cost reductions from $10,000 to millions of
dollars.
Contract Administration and Negotiations: Member of 2 negotiating teams. Authored contract language
with supporting economic impact studies. Administered union contracts, with strong collaborative
Union/Management relationships, reducing grievances 90%.
Safety: Reduced recordable and lost time accidents by95%.
