As the first "safety conscience" for Rhodia, developed and managed a

complete safety program that set the stage for 20-year record of no lost

time accidents for the plant and transformed Rhodia into an industry leader

in safety.

Managed and coordinated program implementation through seven departmental

leaders, plant staff, and hourly employees. Safety supervisory

responsibility for 30 supervisors/managers and 200+ union employees for

24/7 plant operations. Served as liaison between Nashville facility and

TOSHA, DOT, and city fire and police departments. Managed $200K budget.
