Service Reliability Engineer
o Provided Reliability Engineering support to all sites in the United
States through the analyses of parts and processes.
o Movement toward a procedural based maintenance activity so that all
work was done consistently throughout the field.
o We looked at and redesigned systems to make them more maintainable and
safe for the maintenance personnel to perform maintenance activities.
o Enabled the savings of over 1 million dollars through these efforts.
Reduced the over all cost of service per hour from $8.17 to $6.01 in
the two years I was there.
o In addition reduced the parts usage from an average $120K per month to
approximately $80K per month.
Xerox Corporation, (Manpower) Rochester, NY May 2005-
April 2007
Customer Service Engineer
Xerox is the world leader in copy products and documents.
o Provided maintenance support to printing systems, collected data to
determine the proper PM intervals for critical equipment.
o Used SPC techniques to determine the rate of wear to interpret the
useful life.
Fluor Corporation, Buffalo, NY January 2005-April 2005
Reliability Engineer
o Provided reliability-engineering support to move equipment from a
master equipment list to SAP. Worked with the site personnel to
perform FMEA, RCFA, and other techniques.
Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester, NY July 1980-January 2002
Reliability/HSE Coordinator
o Performed RCM analysis on critical equipment to provide the proper
maintenance routines and spare parts set points.
o Worked to debug processes using Allen Bradley PLC
o Experienced programming A/B PLC
o Redesigned processes to make them more streamlined and provide less
