notes, and other end user documentation. Multitasked at a high level
as a part of two different teams overseeing an assortment of ongoing
projects and developments for companies in the convenience store
industry, including Palm POS, Journal Manager, Loyalty Solutions, as
well as Lynk and other NIMs and payment systems. Learned and used many
new applications, such as Microsoft SQL Server and Adobe RoboHelp.

operators. Design skills employed in the marketing and overall
appearance of the retail store. Inventory tracking and management was
a daily requirement. I was also in charge of weekly scheduling as more
employees were hired.
