Facility Management:

Assisted in design and development with county authorities of $7.5MM Space Coast

Stadium, 8,000 seat spring training baseball facility for Florida Marlins and

home of minor league Brevard County Manatees.

Member of team completing final construction and operational set up of $4.5MM

Developed Guest Relations Center and customer satisfaction programs, trained

event staff, and managed game-day operations (Space Coast Stadium).

Created and implemented operations audit framework for new spring training

facility and minor league team ballpark ticketing, parking, attendance and

revenue reporting (Miami Dolphins Stadium).

Directed sales, customer service and supply chain for $5MM retail car rental

fleet (Enterprise).

Promotional Marketing:

Developed over 300 field-based promotional and guerrilla marketing events for

companies including Webvan, Yahoo!, Lacoste and St. Ives involving extensive

custom-designed vehicles, marketing materials, and staff training to articulate

client's product messaging (Trademark Events)

On-site management of client field events and product/promotional road tours in

major U.S. markets including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, San

Francisco Bay Area, Denver, Lake Tahoe, Atlanta, Phoenix and Dallas (Trademark
