Event Management:

Carl Barger Baseball Complex addition for the Florida Marlins at Miami Dolphins

Stadium.

Developed Guest Relations Center and customer satisfaction programs, trained

event staff, and managed game-day operations (Space Coast Stadium).

Created and implemented operations audit framework for new spring training

facility and minor league team ballpark ticketing, parking, attendance and

revenue reporting (Miami Dolphins Stadium).

Directed sales, customer service and supply chain for $5MM retail car rental

fleet (Enterprise).

Promotional Marketing:

Developed over 300 field-based promotional and guerrilla marketing events for

companies including Webvan, Yahoo!, Lacoste and St. Ives involving extensive
