Senior IT Manager Systems Team/Data Center Manager (2003 2008)
Reorganized the Wafer Fab Data Center Operations team. Supplemented resources. Utilized metrics to measure the performance of
the organization. Established appropriate customer relationships and held periodic process/metric reviews. Upgraded hardware which
directly resulted in higher levels of utilization and lower technical issues. Led project to replace outdated and out of support servers in
the Corporate Data Center. Led project to upgrade SAP Storage. Collected performance data, compared current vs projected SAP
loads. Assisted negotiations with multiple vendors and convinced management team that tier 1 storage systems were required to
