included understanding product planning and
executing scalability along with the localization
cycle through the milestones with short and long
pole releases, implementing improvements and new
strategies, to expedite the official ship languages
from 11 to 37 languages (~43 markets) along with
the new exciting features on the OLW (Office Live
WorkSpaces) product and portal.
05/2008-07/2008: Responsible of OLSB UI
Localization as well as Glob/Loc Agent working
directly with Globalization PM. Completed several
releases within schedule and budget.
Avanade (Valente Solutions) (3/2008- 5/01/2008)
Consulting with Avanade as an International Program
Manager for the localization of the Avanade.com web
site in 11 languages.
Responsibilities include identifying client's goals
and defining localization processes from start to
finish by building up the vendor relationship,
conducting strong communication lines, controlling
budgeting and loc schedule, identifying priorities,
resolving issues and providing the deliverables to
the client without any technical/linguistic issues.

Consulted with Microsoft WRS Localization group as
an International Program Manager by managing MS IT
Extra Curricular LP&O Licensing division Localization/Globalization
Activities projects (12 apps) in +30 languages.
Responsibilities included understanding business
requirements and different applications for MS IT
Licensing by working directly with Dev teams and
managing external localization vendor relationships
to ensure functionality of web based applications
in all required regional markets.
Assigned as a Lead Program Manager to meet MS LP&O
Licensing releases.
Involved in bug management process through Loc
Studio as the main contact for bug identification,
escalation and providing fixes to Dev and Release
teams from Loc perspective in order to have a clear
quarterly release for each period.
Also taking the initiative to understand the
localization challenges for various Dev teams and
training them on localizability issues regarding

July 2006 - Performed Global Project Management
role as member of Project Management team with
+$20M revenue for one of the biggest online content
company's Content/Localization projects.
Responsible for managing several product lines for
+50 languages as the main contact and escalation
point. I performed high level customer care by
working closely with the account managers and
taking ownership on the relationship with
Lionbridge's global teams and vendors.
Developed strong PM skills in tracking,
multi-tasking, solving problems, prioritization,
communication, Customer service, time management,
version control, budget and schedule planning.
