Experience Overview
Over 18 years of hands-on aerospace and defense programs management
experience with[pic] programs varied from several million UAVs/Payloads
including strategic and tactical UAVs to over $450 million satellite
programs. I have direct all phases of DoD battlefield systems programs from
inception through completion including RFI responses, RFP write-up, Red
teaming, and program resources including cost and schedule management, SOW
development, staffing, schedule and risk mitigation, Ts&Cs negotiations,
budgeting and Program Planning throughout the SRR, PDR,CDR, and final
delivery.
Program managed included remote sensing and communication satellites, Radar
systems, SAR, UAVs, manned Aircrafts and payloads, SW & HW Development for
both governmental and commercial customers. My experience includes the
utilization of CRM management tools, SAP and Oracle management tools, and
the use of EVMS for program resources management of multi-million aerospace
and defense programs.
My hands-on customer relationships management experience includes DoD and
MoDs customer interfaces. Navy (SPAWAR), USAF, Navy, Army, DARPA, NSA, NRO,
