Responsible for underwriting individual and account commercial risks to determine acceptance and
rejection. Extensive knowledge of property, casualty, and workers' compensation lines of insurance.
Duties include the review of quotes, new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations,
reinstatements, claims, audits, and inspections. Must also rate, price, debit, credit, and
appropriately classify risks as needed. Also responsible for training agents/new employees and
product development.
