Position: Design Engineer

Duties: Employed as a contractor within the Design/Development and

Drafting department.

Provide assistance for Project Engineers within the

Cincinnati Area as well as remotely

located power plants. Assistance includes the creation,

revision, and issuance of

2-D and 3-D Mechanical drawings as well as Electrical

ladder/flow diagrams, Emergency

Integrated Contingency Plans and Structural drawings.

Utilized Microstation V8, IRASB,

and AutoCAD 2008 to generate necessary documents.

Position: Sr. Mechanical Designer

Duties: 3-D Mechanical design and layout of ventilation piping, heat

exchangers, conveyors, fans and other process equipment related

to the energy, oil, petrochemical and petroleum industries.

Work with structural, electrical and process engineers, as well

as clients to facilitate project needs. Create 3-D facility

models incorporating piping, ducting, equipment, cable trays

and conveyors. Generate drawing packages for bid packages and

Bentley Document Manager to generate 2-D layouts of 3-D

models, incorporating necessary views to portray design options

Position: Design Engineer

Duties: Utilized AutoCAD Mechanical Desktop (Rel. 2004) to design and

layout two dimensional drawings for conveying bulk materials

through piping routes. Systems include the design of vessels

for manufacturing as well as all necessary components to be

fabricated for the completion of the projects. Responsible for

two dimensional flow and control diagrams as well as other

documents as needed by the Project Engineer. Occasionally

utilized AutoCAD 3-D to create drawings for items with

difficult manufacturing orientations unable to be easily

rendered in two dimensions. Responsible for the entering,

tracking and shipping of customer "spares" orders as well as

quoting the purchase of individual parts. Other

responsibilities include generating purchase orders for items

to complete the project, the creation of operation and

maintenance manuals, as-built/record drawings for clients,

generation and maintenance of bill of materials per job, and

assisting Project Engineer and Sales Manager where necessary.

Assisted Project Engineer in the design and layout of HVAC

system for a large University chilled water plant. Responsible

for two dimensional flow and control diagrams as well as other

assisting Project Engineers where necessary.

create piping and instrument diagrams for the pharmaceutical

deliveries. Responsible for troubleshooting and correcting

missing data on reports generated by information extracted from

drawings. Acted as liaison between internal Information

Technologies department and Process department for necessary
