Consulting to 11 separate clients; efforts focused on IT Audit/Sox and

. Assisted a mid-sized electronics company in the reconstruction of their
internal IT processes, for the purpose of preparing for Sox compliance.
Scope of work included IT operations, software development and
maintenance, and strategic and tactical planning.
. Assisted a national property management company in their external audit
testing and improvement of their IT control structure. Scope of work
included guiding seven IT consultants, conferring with Technology
management on best practices, and outlining a new approach for future
controls reviews.
. Performed the annual IT Audit testing for an international audio
manufacturer.
. Provided an independent assessment of the organizational structure for a
mortgage providers IT function. Developed "bench-marking" ranges to
support conclusions and recommendations.

architecture utilized, and an estimate of the ongoing support costs.

the traditional approach of "career auditors", providing more value to
