Effective Communication is the key to any successfull business relationship.

Total Green Cleaning Management keeps you informed of operations at your facility

while making sure that standardization programs are in place.

Management

The Account Manager rountinely visits each facility weekly to audit the Teams

performance. Management directs immediate remedial action to our Team if there are

items of concern. Progress and satisfaction reports are provided along with

recommendations to the Team on a weekly basis.

We strive to provide the most up to date technology to our Teams and our clients.

Tapping into more than just one source of communication between TGC and our

clients, have put us in a league of our own!

Commercial

An itemized list is designed for each facility. This itemized list will go beyond your

expections! We do not stop there. A complete interactive personal web page is designed

just for you and your facilities needs. But we must go further! each facility

will be set up on remote wireless pda system. This means when our Management Team is

walking your facility and has a complaint or compliment. By simply pushing a button it

will send a full report print out of that particular item immediatly to the Teams web page

in addition to a master log.

Communication is at the top of our "to do" list daily. You can trust that any area of

concern will be rectified immediatly!
