Boundary Security), Screening/Area Security Operations, Physical Security,

Appointed as War Readiness Manager which involved integrating a Logistics
Module with the Mobility Inventory Control and Accountability Systems
(MICAS) thus matching key Chemical Warfare Defense Ensemble (CWDE) sizes
for 675 base personnel. Managed the Customer Service Element which
encompassed managing the daily operations of Stock Control/Demand
Processing, Research and the Equipment Liaison Office. Managed procurement
of critical assets supporting mobile communication systems valued at 100
million dollars. Controlled storage, security, issue and accountability of
1,143 MRSP line items worth 9 million dollars. Conducted purchases with the
Government Purchase Card (GPC) and Form 9 documents.
. Identified 1000 defective CWDE suits fulfilling a depot directed
requirement enhancing accountability and accuracy. Edited deployment
roster worksheet for 500 deployers enabling expeditious base
movements. Aided in quarterly MICAS contract lot updates maintaining

Iraqi airspace. Procured assets totaling 500 thousand dollars while
deployed in Iraq. Also provided lateral support and mission
enhancement to neighboring Q-west, Iraq by coordinating the transport
of 9 California tents and 800 slabs of AM2 matting.

NCOIC (Noncommissioned Officer in Charge) Storage and Issue
Planned, organized and directed daily operations for 12 military and seven
civilian personnel. Responsible for three supply warehouses totaling 85,000
square feet with 12 stock rooms. Received, inspected, stored and issued
assets supporting 26 OA/A-10 aircraft, 26 F-16 aircraft, one HH-60
helicopter, U-2 Aircraft, 54 base organizations and seven geographically
separated units across the Korean Peninsula. Monitored incoming and out-
going assets utilizing the Standard Asset Tracking System (SATS).
Supervised the receipt, storage, and issue of Consumable Readiness Spares
Package (CRSP) assets. Managed Electrostatic Sensitive Devices (ESD) and
Shelf-Life programs. Provided secure storage for pilferable and
classified assets. Ensured completion of warehouse validations prior to
scheduled inventories. Maintained and safe guarded a weapons vault and
provided courtesy storage for 20 additional units' weapons accounts.
. Developed strict warehouse security program; enforced 24/7
surveillance, securing critical parts worth 59 million dollars.
Oversaw 250 Mission Capable shipments supported Global War on
Terrorism; enhanced Airmen survivability. Directed flow of 10 thousand
transactions through SATS sustaining zero delinquent documents in 90
days.
. Led reorganization of 1000 unit, 1.9 million dollar bulk storage area
producing a 60 percent gain in storage space. Skillfully managed U-2
CRSP worth 21 million dollars achieving a 94% fill rate supporting 202
reconnaissance sorties.
. Engineered deletion of 3000 no-demand/zero- balance items recouping

Validated 1500 ESD units worth 14 million dollars. Reduced critical
spares damage while increasing spare part reliability. Identified an

NCOIC Materiel Acquisition Element, NCOIC Receiving Element
Supervised receipt and issue of 1,000 contractor operated civil engineer
supply store (COCESS) items monthly.
Monitored the 5th Civil Engineering Squadron due-out status list on 500
items requisitioned. Monitored blanket purchase agreements worth 600
thousand dollars. Issued severe clothing and personal protective
equipment to 563 craftsmen . members of the Prime Beef Engineer Emergency
Force logistics team supporting Air Expeditionary Force contingency
operations. Responsibility for the efficient management and supervision
of materiel handlers in the receipt, identification, quantity, accuracy,
condition and receipt, identification, quantity, accuracy, condition and
temporary storage of property. Prepared submitted and performed quality
control follow-ups on Shipment Discrepancy reports (SDR).
. Contributed to timely funds distribution of 2 million dollars in
COCESS expenditures during FY' 03.
Validated 4 thousand stock listed items ensuring the right part was
received at the right time. Ensured 20
thousand materiel line items did not exceed strict AF
annual/semiannual inventory requirements. Stayed within
budget constraints and utilized limited space while managing a fully
stocked Self-Help Store.
. Identified multiple warehouse location discrepancies for 600
construction line items resulting in a 15 percent accountability
increase. Managed contract purchasing database program, provided
weekly statistics on expenditures for deployed unit. Meticulously
managed 500 thousand dollar Harvest Falcon account ensured proper
return of post deployment assets. Dismantled 73 TEMPER tents/3 general
purpose shelters which contributed to early drawdown action.
Consolidated and accounted for 2.5 million dollars in supplies
directly supporting ENDURING/IRAQI FREEDOM. Implemented filing system
for processed documents decreasing filing time by 30 percent for 2000

. Identified, submitted and resolved 90 SDRs back to depot; recovered
20 thousand dollars in operating funds. Assisted in the investigation
of 15 defective B-52 Main landing Gear Tires worth 24 thousand
dollars. Instinctively loaded item record suspect flags on 15
refurbished aircraft windows worth 40 thousand dollars.
This action prevented a potential catastrophic event due to lack of
air pressure within the confines of the air cabin.

NCOIC, Hazardous Material Pharmacy, (HAZMART), NCOIC War Readiness
Managed the tracking, issuing, and processing of all hazardous
authorization requests via the Air Force Environmental Management
Information System (AF-EMIS). Maintained cradle to grave responsibilities
on all Hazardous items in 7 decentralized locations. Provided training on
utilizing the AF-EMIS data base. Conducted warehouse validations and
internal surveillances on HAZMART warehouses. Managed 3 MRSP, 3 Consumable
Readiness Spares Packages (CRSP) worth 52 million dollars. Marshaled
deploying equipment through transportation channels. Monitored Time Change
Technical Order and functional check programs for MRSP property. Provided
oversight and control of all classified assets.
. Managed 48th fighter Wing's hazardous materiel stored on 7 warehouses
containing 35 thousand units worth 450 thousand dollars. Expeditiously
procured 100 oxygen cylinders within ten day prevented the grounding
of 84 assigned F-15 fighter aircraft. Aggressively researched and
located "environmentally friendly" substitutes reducing hazardous
stock by 5 percent. Administered mandatory Hazardous Communication
Training to 50 warehouse personnel.
. Orchestrated successful deployment of 109 thousand assets and 17
support personnel to 12 different locations. Coordinated with
maintenance personnel to build 279 items, 27 million dollar mission
support kit for Konya, Turkey. Reconciled F-15C CRSP by deleting 628
low demand items and adding 848 assets. Coordinated modification of
1700 weapons to M-16A2 configuration enhancing base readiness posture.
Transferred 10 thousand items worth 13 million dollars to Incirlik,
AB Turkey to support aircraft deployed to operation NORTHERN WATCH
resulting in the completion of 384 sorties. Rapidly replenished 6
thousand MRSP shortages. Processed 371 priority 02/03 issues to
bolster MRSP fill rates and provide support to 3 flying squadrons.

.Managed Resource Protection Program. Received excellent ratings on
both annual survey and anti robbery exercise (2002) validating the
