logistics involved. Implement countermeasures based on continuous
improvement needs.
Inventory Management: Handle all functions related to tracking
and managing material, including monitoring of material moved
into and out of stockrooms, and the reconciling of the inventory
balances. Directed the use of Kanban to support continuous cost
reductions
Visual Management: Developed visual controls on the materials
handling docks to guarantee safe work environment for all
forklift team members
