ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Medical duties included assisting physician with patients during
examination, rendering skin prick testing upon patient preparation; instruct patients and perform demonstrations pertaining
to pulmonary function testing; escort patients into examination rooms for immunotherapy; teach patients regarding peak
flows and inquire as to reactions from allergy shots. Set up allergy serum and syringes for doctor and/or nurse prior to
administration of injections. Administrative duties included scheduling appointments for new and existing patients, draw
up and fax medical reports and test results to referring physicians. Scrutinize and ensure accuracy of billing and charts;
verify and confirm patient insurance; carry-out various office duties. Staff reception desk as needed; check-in and profile
