o Developing plan policies and procedures
o Correcting fiduciary issues through DOL correction programs
o Expert in foreign financial reporting requirements triggered by plan investments
abroad; recently submitted comment on proposed FBAR regulations on behalf of
the largest private pension plan in the US
• Experience in a broad range of other compensation and benefits matters,
i ncluding health plans, executive compensation and fringe benefits
• Expertise in foreign financial reporting requirements; drafted comment
