• Optimized use of contractor and supplier resources to minimize use of outside consultants.

Package Development and Contract Operations

• Supported more than 50% of company production with 90% of new product launches as contract operations packaging leader.

• Averaged $500,000 per year cost savings on packaging from a $75,000,000 spend (packaging, product and contract services).

• Individual project cost savings ranged from $10,000 to more than $1.8 million.

• Developed, implemented and validated 5 new package specification systems and standardized validation practices.

Package Engineering

plastic components to paper, conversion of cartons to 100% recycled fiber, elimination of non-essential components and
