Responsibilities: Responsible for all IT related equipment in the whole

plant more than forty users and workstations to all computer related

problem from setting up to printers networking and telephone systems,

hardware and software issues which I am directly involved in the

maintenance and repair. With occasion, help from the support center on

things I cannot fix such as migration or major problems beyond my

expertise.

Responsible for all DuPont products inventory, shipping, receiving, office

work with experience in all Microsoft office products, IBM I-Series,

Viewpoint, Bartender Labels, data entry using AS400 for Platte and SAP for

DuPont servers and scanning equipment maintaining and up keep.

Responsible for all inventory production from Bill of Ladings setting up

shipments

Routing for all DuPont products from bulk shipments to empty jugs going in

and out

Communication with all DuPont and Platte employees phone and email for

problem solving for scanning, shipments, pallet tickets, inventory,

production, warehouse, process orders and shop order numbers etc
