stores with in the Region on a quarterly basis.

Senior Co-Manager, Victoria's Secret, Franklin TN 2003-2004

Hired, trained, supervised and motivated a 50-member team of part-time and

full-time sales specialists of the top grossing store in the Region.

Managed day to day activities of the sales floor while directly responsible

for the development of my fellow managers. Reconciled and monitored company

reports on a daily basis to drive sales goals, manage payroll, and HR
