located in vapi near Surat, Gujarat. This Company is for managing the tower
which is using in mobile phone. Daily they use different fuel in the
generator. So fuel management is the core part of the software. So daily
they fill the fuel from petrol pump. They manage it by using fleet card.
The core part about the software is to transfer the SMS into Database.

Responsibilities:
. The core part about the software is to transfer SMS into database. So
using COP software the SMS will send through mobile. it will also
coping into the database. So in the company all transactions are done
through SMS.suppose engineer wants to fill the fuel in the generator.
Then after filling the fuel he will send SMS to his supervisor so
keywords are fix for different utility.
. So once engineer will SMS to his supervisor. Validations are also
there. so if by mistake user has write wrong key word then he will get
the SMS about wrong key word or whatever error. Also he will get
immediately prompt regarding to success or failure of the SMS.after

local database which is connected through modem.e.g. suppose he wants

is the vehicle number 20 is the qty.so engineer has fill 20 liter fuel
through fleet card GJF41 and his vehicle number is GJV3.so in database
it will store his mobile number which will identify employee, and
created_date and rest all columns.
. In third step that same row will transfer from local machine to web
server. using data management tool. so daily the data will transfer
from local machine to web server.
. Engineer has to fill the fuel through fleet card which is already
allocated to particular petrol pump. so all fleet card is assign to
petrol pump.
. Each engineer has his own fleet card so using that fleet card he can
fill the fuel.
. Engineer has to charge the fleet card regularly.
. So everything will be update into the system.
. Software is also fill the record about tenet, location and tenet
details where the tower is located.

information about PF Balance, Form 13, Nomination Details for different
Company's All Employees. In Professional Tax module Employer has to upload
from excel data into SQL Server. Then after VPD User can runtime generate
Chalan (Particular State's JPG Chalan Image) for different state as well as
text file which contain Employee No., Name, Salary Detail, Proffessional
Tax.in QMS employee can send query to VPD user and VPD user can reply to
this queries. Also make control panel to manage users and their roles.

and City and after that month. for single month or for multiple month.
So that all data will be copied from excel to SQL server. (using
SQLbulkcopy so it will take few minutes to upload thousand or even
lacs of records).Once the data are uploaded automatically Email
notification send to VPD so VPD user can Generate the chalan For
particular City.So from this module Employer can upload the in Salary
details Excel sheet City wise and month wise For All companies all
employees. One unique id will be generated ex.s001_32_322_10_2009
(S001 is company code, 32 is code for state, 322 is Code for City, 10
is Month for October,2009 is year. So it means that employer has
upload salary sheet for Company S001 for 32 state's 322 state for
october, 2009.
. Another Login is For VPD user Who can Generate the Chalan which is
uploaded by Employer. Again VPD user has to select Company, State,
City after that User can view all those IDs which are created by the
Employer whose chalan is till not generated So that VPD user can
generate chalan.(two files are created runtime one is text file which
shows the all details about employee id,employee Name, Salary,Ptax
deducted by Company and Actual Ptax and summary of PTax, another JPEG
file is generated runtime. The file is different as per the state's
law of P Tax. Generally this file contains the details about No of
employee, Salary slab, Amount of Ptax and then finally total amount of
PTax.
. Another feature of the system is Query Management System. In Query
management system the Employee or Employer can generate the Query
after that VPD user can Reply on that Query.
. The whole system is AJAX enabled. All pages contain Update panel and
Script manager. As well AJAX controls are also used in the system.
. Data Management module which can transfer the database from one
location to another location using bulk copy.
. Create different challan for government employee. So online they can
fill the form and also they can get the print out of the form
. Control panel which is main part of the application. So here I am
creating two menus (vertical and horizontal) and according to
horizontal menu's item the vertical menu will display dynamically
which only admin user can use it.

Responsibilities:
. Control panel is the heart of the system. The main task is Form
creation, Role management. So core part of the control panel is to
create forms master and then role creation so once role is generated
it will be assigned to user. So according to the Role user can get the
permission.Read,Write,Delete,View,Activate some scheme these are
different permissions. While creating the Role the permissions are
defined. And according to the permission only user can get the details
about particular form.(if x Role is defined to the user y and in x
role suppose he can read the details about z form so y user can read
the details about the form but he cannot edit or delete any records.
. Another feature in control panel is hierarchy of the user's
designation. Runtime the hierarchy will be create.means.Hirarchy can
be different from company by company.
. In all web forms the session is managed, without login user cant
access any page or he cannot visit any web form. If he try to open any
web form then the page will automatically redirect to login form. he
has to enter the details about the login and according to the
permission only he can view or update the details about the form.
. Database stores all the details about the username, datetime, modify
username, modify datetime,deleted by, deleted date time for each
records. So system stores track of all entries.
. One good feature of the system is Task Management. So user can enter
its task as well as he can get the details about the task which he has
to complete. Dashboard is also made in the system. So through the
system user can view the all important task for the period. By default
user can get the remaining task details for the current month's
period. The task are display in order to priority.
. To enhance the business lead management is very important. So through
system the data of lead in excel is uploaded in the SQL server
(Through Column mapping) So either all data will be uploaded or none
of the data will upload. So if once all data get upload after that the
all leads will distribute to the all user of the company (the lead
distributes according to the hierarchy of the user.)
. Before working on the lead first authorized user has to approve it.
Once the lead get approve the user can follow on leads. So status of
the lead(Queue,Success,Fail) will be update.
. In system all utilities are provided that user can directly upload all
the data of master tables (from excel or from CSV file).
. The whole system is in three tier architecture. So Store procedure and
business logics files to manage the code of the system. For
validations Java scripts are used.
