As an ISD team member in the NGEN project, a DoN IT Network project, my

involvement has included Needs Analysis, encompassing interviews, previous

training materials assessment, creation of documents for Learning

Experience Assessments and Training Strategy. My tasks also include

researching new course content, creating PowerPoint content storyboards as

well as interactive storyboards for front end Course Design and Development

in Captivate. Responsible for creating the question pools for all seven e-

courses.

May 2009 - November 2009 Instructional Designer

Developed instructor led courseware for training on a Marine Corps

prototype vehicle * Researched course development using interviews with

various subject matter experts, an interactive Electronic Technical Manual
