Home Appliance and Dealer Stores (2008 - 2010)

Specialty Accounting Clerk

. Reconcile bank statements, ACH Returns Notifications, Correction Cards

and Freeze Cards.

. Communicate with District Sales Coaches and Dealer Stores concerning

problems with the bank reconcilement and how to correct overages,

shortages, bank fees and insufficient funds.

. Train WIPRO associates on Dealer Store bank accounting processes.

. Traveled to India to insure that Associates at WIPRO were ready to go

live with the accounting processes that they had been trained on.

Sears Commercial Sales (2003-2008)

Senior Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant to Western Region Manager, Director of Sales of

the North and South Region.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

. Communication - Communicate with District Managers daily regarding

policies, reports, leads and customer complaints.

. Assist and Support of District Managers - Set and supported regional

meetings, coordinated hotel arrangements, meeting space, meals,

flights and equipment required for the meetings for up to 150

associates.

. Training and support - Work with District Managers and Account

Managers to assist them with new policies and procedures, i.e. UPS

Campus Ship, Stapleslink, Outlook, American Express Travel, TEFE, and

MS Office. Work with District Managers for reports and power point

presentations and other projects

. Expense coordinator - Work with Director of Sales, District Managers

and Account Managers for proper documentation and approval of Business

expenses, payment and tracking of HBA associations, Memberships and

trade shows.

. Promotional support - Direct customer leads to appropriate DM or

Account Manager - assist with the creation of Sales brochures, flyers,

and other customer communications and announcements. Print and

coordinate mail outs for new Account Managers. This has improved the

turnaround time for these communications and lowered costs.

. Point of contact for various corporate customers - i.e.; UbuildIt,

Owner Builder Network and Direct Buy. Track locations, customer ID's

and assigned Account Manager. Communication to the field for all

potential new leads from these organizations.

Sears One Card Audit Clerk (2000 - 2003)

Audited the Sears Corporate Credit Cards for all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities included: ensuring that cardholders were in compliance

with corporate travel and expense policy, adjusting corporate card limits

as necessary, forwarding non-compliant issues to appropriate Sears

Managers.

Sears Gross Margin and Inventory Control (1999 - 2000)

Checked and reviewed all reports regarding inventory.

Responsible for identifying discrepancies and developing action plan

through appropriate managers to correct problems.

Sears Replenishment/Receiving Supervisor (1995 - 1999)

Management responsibility for:

Managing crew of 15-20

Hiring, terminating, training, scheduling, receiving staff and floor

stock staff.

Receiving and accounting of all incoming merchandise from various

sources,

Ensured sales floor was stocked per planograms
