I was in charge of forty-two chapters, and seven-hundred

members. I was responsible for keeping the chapters focused

on growth and referrals for each other. I also educate the

members in training classes that the region provides.

I had 2 people under me on paid staff and had seven to ten

volunteers at any given time helping to support the region.
