Directly responsible for supervising 22 members of a cross functional
department in the development of manpower requirement strategy for over
55,000 jobs with $3.9 billion in budget authority. Additional
responsibilities include project management, conducting time studies and
data analysis for staffing standards/validation. Specific accomplishments
include:
. Directed a 9 member cross functional team in a 6 month review of 8
critical staffing standards that led to a 35% increase in efficiency
across first year of implementation
. Spearheaded a Maintenance Officer project utilizing multiple data
sources, arriving at a strategy that allowed the Naval Aviation
Enterprise to eliminate the use of 23 personnel saving 2.3 million for
the United States Navy
. Developed organizational business plans and strategies (FY10/FY11),
ensuring goals and requirements were met for stakeholders
. Created and implemented a Production Plan, enabling the Navy Manpower
Analysis Center to create up-to-date manpower documents for 285
