30,000 SF +/- at or above rent pro-forma.

. Closed one out parcel sales transaction valued at $651,000.
. Three other out parcel transactions, one under contract and two signed
letter of intents were valued at $2,165,000.
. Ranked 2nd in number of deals completed for the year.

utilization of prior relationships and without use of a tenant
representative contributing to lower broker fees paid by company.
