an annual budget of $2M. Implemented aggressive management controls and cost reduction
initiatives that resulted in the savings of an average of $1.5K per quarter. Maintained and
operated facilities, complex equipment, and vehicles with a total value in excess of $2M.
Planned, prepared, and executed organizational oversight for store units and customer
support relations. Used an active and positive After Action Report process to ensure Team
Leaders knew what happened, why it happened, and how they could fix problems.
TRAINING
Created an integrated team training approach to teach, coach, and mentor leaders of medium-
sized organizations in all aspects of leadership and training. Prepared them to assist store
units as they complete preparations for inventory or restructure. Created an environment

LEADERSHIP

multi-service organizational team of 60 personnel in Grocery Retail and a medium
organization of 40 in Logistics’. Coordinated the efforts and activities of Store Units, Human
Recourse, and Loss Prevention. Cited by Upper Management for “always leading my Team
from the front and never asking them to do anything I would not do myself”.
LOGISTICS DISTRIBUTION AND MANAGEMENT
Created and maintained a complex logistics stores with multiple lines of supply both in the
Medium and High Volume Retail. Aggressive leadership and planning ensured on-time
delivery and minimal lag time. Implemented highly effective systematic maintenance
procedures and user responsibilities in store front resulting in increased readiness and better
asset visibility.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
Helped develop and execute the Project Genesis and STS training and logistics plans.
Negotiated with numerous DSD, 3rd Party, and other outside company personal in planning
and implementing a regional strategy for reconstruction. Responsible for administering $22.5
thousand in Store reconstruction money. Effectively managed Store Managers and Team
Leaders to support company initiatives as well as training for Multi-Unit Store Management.
TEAM BUILDING
Planned, developed, and achieved a series of base Stores in the District exceeding $2M in
annual sales. Teamed with Upper Management, Store Managers, and Team Leaders to
complete Multi-Store projects efficiently and effectively. Fostered a sense of cooperation and
