DCA, a Long Island based digital pre-press facility specializing in digital
prepress exclusively for the publishing industry with clients such as,
Forbes, Harper Collins, Random House, Doubleday & Disney Publications.
Responsibilities as OTL included the hands-on management and execution of
daily operations of the entire department including the supervision of
staff members, tracking monthly consumable spending, and production
schedules.
Delivered both oral and written presentations for many industry events, was
a contributing writer for print trade publications, as well as, technical
sales support to our own client base and in house sales team.
Implemented cost saving programs in waste management utilizing the methods
of SPC.

Created and managed the Postscript service division of this 24 year old
digital pre-press facility.
