About Me
My name is Johnny Eleazar Ventura. I am in search of a position
that will not only do as my objective states, but one that I can also
connect on a level according to the type of person I am. I am a person
that is able to take the lead in situations as well as cope with
others as a team. I am very highly self-motivated and confident that,
when trained well, I am able to accomplish a goal even if the time is
pressured on to me. I like to have a positive outlook on things, so
when the work environment seems to get a little stressful, I believe
it is important to maintain this positive attitude as well as being
flexible to the situation in order to find a solution. One thing that
I find very interesting about myself is that because I am a fast
learner, I like to keep myself learning new things; I believe that one
can never learn enough about their job and it is important to stay
well trained and informed. When an individual puts their career as a
priority, one gives their best to excel and to achieve new developing
