. Organized 3000 person meeting for Digital Equipment Corporation in

Orlando, Florida. Coordinated transportation, hotel accommodations,

meetings, trade show, food, spouse programs and special events.

. Orchestrated and directed corporate hospitality village of 20 tents

Conference Planner

. Contract job for a small non profit organization. Worked closely

with all departments of the organization to produce 2 meetings one

for 2500 people and the other for 600 people. Responsibilities

include menu planning and on site food and beverage supervision,

contract negotiations, vendor management, rooming list management,

room sets and AV production. Also responsible for exhibitor

relations and trade show.

. Worked closely with legal department to negotiate and execute

multiple contracts for all upcoming events in 2010 and 2011.

On Site Manager

. Working with several meeting companies to provide on site management

for medical and pharmaceutical meetings and events in the Boston area.

Providing trade show support, set-up and tear down assistance for

companies doing trade show booths in the local Boston convention
