Conference Planner
. Contract job for a small non profit organization. Worked closely
with all departments of the organization to produce 2 meetings one
for 2500 people and the other for 600 people. Responsibilities
include menu planning and on site food and beverage supervision,

room sets and AV production. Also responsible for exhibitor
relations and trade show.
. Worked closely with legal department to negotiate and execute
